Imagine waking up each day with an abundant assortment of practices and tools to empower your practice and help you live your most radiant life.

This online community was born out of necessity when we couldn’t be together in-person. It was a fast and furious effort that was thrown together to meet the moment. Since then, we have evolved into a group of consistent, dedicated practitioners from 6 different countries who meet regularly to practice, study, and grow together. It felt to me like we needed a name. After a lot of brainstorming, I landed on Sangha Circle. Sangha is a word in Pali and Sanskrit for “community.” While often used in Buddhism, a sangha can refer to any group of people who come together for deep study and practice.  I chose the word circle because it suggests that we are in this together, side by side, in an inclusive circle of friendship.

If you wish to be welcomed into a community of like-minded seekers and have a place to plug into practice while being challenged (and inspired) to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually,
then I invite you to join
the Sangha Circle.

Philosophy & Meditation

Are you feeling...

Alone or uninspired in your practice and yearning for community?

  •  Eager to play the edge and expand your practice?

  •  Curious about developing a meditation practice?

  •  Bored with the same old sequences and needing inspiration?

  •  Unsure how to work with an injury or challenge in your body?

  •  Interested in yoga philosophy to support your modern day life?

  • Frustrated by yoga classes that neglect or deny the deeper aspects of practice?

Here's the truth

You're not alone in your practice

At least you don’t have to be any longer…

The word yoga means ‘connection’ and that is what our Sangha is all about! The Sangha Circle is a collective of friends and practitioners from all over who have a deep wish to grow on the path of yoga. Our unique format gives you the opportunity to connect with me (and many other practitioners) through live weekly group practices as well as with smaller and more intimate philosophy chats and meditations, and deep asana workshops. You can get your questions answered, make special requests, and get to know other friends on the path alongside you! When you can’t connect live, the classes are all available for you in the online class hub where you also have access to the library of 70+ Fire and Nectar (pre-recorded) practices to support you in between our live classes or when you have less time but want to get your yoga in!
